Sheila Jenkins, Program Manager of the OttawaReads program, has been chosen as a recipient of a PwC Canada Foundation 2007-2008 Leadership Grant. In this second year of its program, PwC has targeted support to 100 charity leaders across Canada with grants of up to $2,500 each for educational opportunities.
Sheila will be using her funding to attend the Points of Light Foundation conference in Atlanta, Georgia in June 2008.
